Aodhán graduated from Edinburgh Napier University in 2023 with a degree in Adult Nursing and has worked in the Emergency Department at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for the past 3 years.
During this time, he developed a strong interest in emergency medicine research and recognised the important role it plays in improving patient care and shaping future clinical practice.
He joined EMERGE on part-time basis alongside his clinical role in the Emergency Department, where he enjoys contributing to research that has the potential to improve outcomes for patients both locally and beyond.
Outside of work, Aodhán enjoys training for triathlon events and is passionate about endurance sport.
