Biomarkers for Acute Aortic Syndrome

We aim to identify genetic biomarkers of acute aortic syndrome as a potential diagnostic and prognostic tool. Detecting biomarkers which can help identify and differentiate acute/unstable states of aortic (& other vascular) disease as compared to the chronic phase of disease and those without arterial disease would be of clinical benefit.
