BACHb

Breathing Assistance in CHildren with bronchiolitis (BACHb): a group-sequential two-stratum multicentre open-label randomised clinical trial of respiratory support in infants with acute bronchiolitis

BACHb is an open-label randomised clinical trial of respiratory support in infants with acute bronchiolitis. The study will compare the different ways of providing respiratory support; whether high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) is more effective than humidified oxygen with moderate bronchiolitis, and if it is more effective than CPAP in infants with severe bronchiolitis.
