Location and Directions

The conference will be at The Hub, Castlehill, Edinburgh, EH1 2NE. Just below Edinburgh Castle right in the city centre, it is a 10mins walk from Waverley train station and easily access to the airport via tram or bus.

Because of the location, there are no parking facilities, though there is plenty of space for guests to be dropped off and picked up. There is a large NCP car park about ten minutes away on Castle Terrace and there is some street parking around the Grassmarket area at the foot of the hill.

Where to Stay

There are many great places to stay in Edinburgh, whether you are looking for a high-end hotel or a cosy B&B. You can search and book your accommodation through the VisitScotland website.

For your convenience, we have also arranged a special offer with Apex hotels in Edinburgh, who will give you a 10% discount for overnight stay. If you would like to receive this discount, please email emerge@nhslothian.scot.nhs.uk and we can send the link to you.
