The RECOVERY Trial is recruiting hospitalised COVID19 positive patients at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, Western General Hospital and St John’s Hospital.
We urge any staff at these sites that work with COVID19 patients to learn about the RECOVERY trial at www.recoverytrial.net.
At the moment the trial is the only way for patients to receive medication specifically for the treatment of COVID19.
We need clinicians to work with research staff by verifying which medications in the trial are safe for patients and by prescribing drugs assigned by the trial during randomisation.
